Shipping policy

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is three to five business days following receipt of shipping notification. Shipping rates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays. Custom orders require 5-7 business day order processing, following approved draft. Processing time does not include shipping. Custom orders are not eligible for Express or Same Day Rush shipping. Custom orders require CUSTOM RUSH shipping option ($30.00). Grave Blankets do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping updates will be provided via email or text. If you do not receive order confirmation within 24 hours of placing order, please contact info@bbijustjoi.com. Orders placed for local pickup and delivery will require five to seven business day order processing. Pickup is scheduled for 4:00 pm cst the first business day following receipt of notification. If customer fails to pick up order within 30 days of pickup notification, shipping will be charged to the customer's account.
