Terms of service
Full payment for all items/services must be received to finalize all orders. All services provided are subject to change. Product listing does not guarantee product or service availability. Pricing for professional services may increase with additional services or add-ons. $30 Design Fee will apply to order, as applicable. All accepted forms of payment are listed at the bottom of each page. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
CUSTOM TERMS OF SERVICE
All custom orders are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. Per company policy, orders must be paid in full to be finalized. Custom orders require draft approval before processing. Custom orders require 5-7 business day order processing, following approved draft. Processing time does not include shipping. Custom orders are not eligible for Express or Same Day Rush shipping. Custom orders require CUSTOM RUSH shipping option ($30.00). 3D/Full Bleed printing may include slight crease or imperfections due to the nature of application. Design fee will be charged for all design services requested prior to purchase. Design fee will be assessed per product. Design fee shall not exceed $50 and may or may not be eligible to qualify as credit towards order total. Grave Blankets are a custom item and are 100% non-refundable. Grave Blanket turnaround is 1-3 weeks following draft approval. Grave Blanket installation depends on weather conditions and grave site. Wet, muddy, or other inclimate weather conditions may delay installation. BBI JustJoi cannot guarantee installation date due to variation in weather conditions. Individual timeline will be provided, per order. Grave Blanket does not qualify for free shipping. BBI holds no liability of grave blankets after receipt or installation.
GRAVE BLANKET INSTALLATION (effective 03/10/2022)
Due to recent policy changes, we will no longer be installing grave blankets at West Highland Memorial Gardens, 21st Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. BBI will not install blankets at the following local cemeteries: Cedar Oak Memorial Gardens, West Highland Memorial Gardens, Williamson Cemetery, or ANY Tuscaloosa City owned cemetery. BBI holds no liability of grave blankets purchased and/or installed at prohibited locations. ALL GRAVE BLANKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refund or exchange will be offered for grave blanket. Grave blanket is a custom item.
